Event Overview
The final day of STEM Summer Camp combined science, creativity, and community service. Campers learned about renewable energy by constructing solar ovens and using the sun's energy to make delicious s'mores. Through this activity, students explored concepts related to solar power, heat transfer, and sustainability.
To conclude the week, campers created heartfelt thank-you cards for the Salvation Army in appreciation of their support and partnership. This activity encouraged students to reflect on the importance of community involvement and gratitude.
As the camp came to a close, campers celebrated a week filled with discovery, learning, teamwork, and new friendships. We are proud of everything they accomplished and look forward to seeing where their STEM journeys take them next.

Campers wrapped up the week by exploring renewable energy and expressing gratitude to the Salvation Army.
