Event Overview

Day four challenged campers to think like engineers as they participated in the classic egg drop challenge. Using a variety of materials, students designed and built structures intended to protect an egg from impact when dropped from a height.

Throughout the activity, campers applied principles of physics, engineering, and design while testing and improving their creations. They learned the importance of prototyping, evaluating results, and making adjustments based on evidence.

The excitement of watching each design in action made for a memorable day, and campers demonstrated impressive creativity and resilience as they worked to keep their eggs safe.
